Hello
Found in my house in NE of France (57925 Distroff) the 25/03/2019.
Lenght body : 9 mm.
At first I thought it was a fly of the Tachnidae family but now rather the Calliphoridae family the genus Pollenia ?

Hello Louis, yes, it's a female Pollenia with black basicosta. Difficult to be sure but perhaps P. labialis.
