I pictured this specimen today 2022-03-21 in my garden (Belgium , Wanze).
Is it a Fannia ?

I could measure it on picture : 5,2 mm.

No, it's not a Fannia. The subcosta is not similarly straight.

Yes, This seems to be Hydrotea

On the french forum for insects, I read that Hydrotea with white calypters is ID as Hydrotea capensis, is this true ?

Is it what I see (the white calypters) on this picture ?

Excuse me I made a mistake with this observation and deleted accidentally the pictures. I had to re upload them. So now everything is correct !
