 Hello,

This fly was a bit more than 5 mm. Seen on October 14th, 2020, Mülheim an der Ruhr, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

 Hi Karola, I think it's a male Phaonia tuguriorum (veins distinctly darkened, 1 pair of ac before scutellum...).
