Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, in the mixed forest Klövensteen (pine trees, beeches, birches, oaks and other), at a wooden barrier; 9th of May 2024; photos: kuv.
I could not find such one in the Diptera Gallery - please help for ID.

Moin kuv, that looks very much like Pherbellia annulipes (Sciomyzidae).
