With permission of the author Wolf-Harald Liebig I present the attached photos. He photographed the fly on 23.08.2012 in the immediate vicinity of the Muskauer Landscape Park with its remarkable old trees (Bad Muskau, Saxony, Germany). I think it is Callicera macquarti: short antenna segment 2, no black hairs on abdomen, hairs of the scutellum of the same length as the scutellum and no longe than antennal segment 1.
