Looks like musca but I think the anal vein stop 0.5mm before wing margin.

It is certainly Muscinae, and I would guess Musca sp.

Does all Muscinae must have anal vein that reach the wing margin or it is not mandatory? |

Should be close to a male Musca sorbens.

The anal vein will usually reach the wing margin in Anthomyidae, but not in Muscidae.
