Very interesting. I think subgenus is Pterelachisus. This is maybe rare Tipula subvariipennis but I have never seen good photos from this species. Similar more common Tipula pabulina has thorax with thin central line. R.Heiss & Gisela Merkel-Wallner has seen one in Bayer 2007-2009. https://ccw.natur...,_2013.pdf BR Esko |
