Wasp-like insect from Germany

The above insect I captured two weeks ago in a wet meadow near a small stream in the north of Berlin. It was sitting on Phragmites australis. Unfortunately I was only able to capture this one photo before it flew away. Frown
I would be happy if someone could help me with ID. For me, it is hard because I did not manage to make a photo of the side..

Braconidae, I think. Wing veins cannot be clearly seen.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
