Wasp-like insect from Germany

The above insect I captured two weeks ago in a wet meadow near a small stream in the north of Berlin. It was sitting on Phragmites australis. Unfortunately I was only able to capture this one photo before it flew away. I would be happy if someone could help me with ID. Braconidae, I think. Wing veins cannot be clearly seen. |
