Is it possible to ID this fly? I know they're difficult but it's always worth asking. Seen near Apeldoorn, Gelderland on 24/6/2018.

I think that Bellardia vespillo is a good match but I have zero specimens of this genus. I try my best to interpret the text of Dr. Rognes. The arista matches but i cannot see if the palpi are dark. I will leave it at Bellardia cf vespillo
