Tachina magnicornis?

I am not familiar with Tachina fera or T.magnicornis. I found today a very large Tachina (appr 12mm) in the parc near my house.Looking to its antenna this looks as if this is magnicornis. All other Tachinas that I have seen so far there are much smaller.
Please your opinion.

Hi Arnos

Please always post place and date of the observation. I have no idea where you live, so that is little informative.
Both species of Tachina you mention ate extremely similar in the female sex.
This looks to me as a typical T. fera. Size is pretty variable in most parasitoids

Hallo Theo, inderdaad, vergeet de plek. Het is Zoetermeer, Natuurtuin in het Westerpark op 7 september 2017. Ik post hier niet zo heel vaak. Moet dan weer even goed kijken hoe het werkt. Zo wilde ik nog een tweede aanzicht van voren van de vlieg erbij plaatsen, maar dat kreeg ik niet gedaan. Ik begrijp uit je reactie en uit de literatuur die ik heb, dat het in dit geval beter is wat te verzamelen.

Zoetermeer is definitely fera.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
