Hello
this fly of about 2mm sat on a peach tree near Lake Thun, Switzerland. 16.06.2007.
I just guess Drosophilidae...

Nope, this is Chloropidae, Thaumatomyia possibly notata. The big ocellar triangle is a good character for Chloropidae - few other families have it so well-developed.
