Hello it is a little longer than a Paragus pecchiolii with brown wings. Can anyone give my a hint? It flies in grasland and shrubs and here it sits on Lapsana communis near Lake Thun, Switzerland. 12.06.2007 Thanks for helping Maja dipdip attached the following image:  [97.7Kb] |

indeed male Pipizella, can only be determined at species level by gen. det., i suppose. grtz Pieter |
