No clue here, but think the venation is looking good for Therevidae, but no Norwegian species are fitting the habitus of this netted specimen - S Norway 14th June.

I think it is Dioctria, Asilidae.

I checked this key:

And found that Dioctria rufipes fits best. My specimen has obvious yellowish/brownish hair on the top of the back of its head.

D. rufipes has a huge antennal tubercle, longer antennae and a more shiny mesonotum. This is definately D. hyalipennis
