These would be better posted to the "Hymenopterist's Forum" Facebook group or to the HymIS forum. Top seems Ichneumonidae & the other one Braconidae.

Hi, I think the top one is a sawfly, Symphyta - it lacks a wasp waist. But better follow Chris' advice, Marc |
