So, indeed it is a Sphaerophoria female, but unfortunately it is impossible to give you a species ID, because the females of several species are not distinguishable from each other at the moment!

Thank you Gerard. As Sphaerophoria males surely do distinguish there female, than someday we distinguish them too...
