Melanum laterale female can be confirmed? Collected 22-09-2012 in Yerseke, the Netherlands.

Melanum laterale (Haliday, 1833) female, Chloropidae [without any doubt]. The species has been reared from Juncus gerardii (Juncaceae) and is abundant in salt marshes (von Tschirnhaus 1981, Spixiana Suppl. 6: 1-416). |
