Small yellow fly

Someone who can help with this small fly (4-5 mm) caught 24 july in a sandy area in southern Sweden (Scania). There is a small black spot on each side at the base of tergite 4 and 5.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
