Eye is bare and parafrontal is silvery, of course formal features like shape of calypter and comb on hind tibia can help. This species looks somewhat 'flatter' than most Tachinidae, which is of course a total jizz.... and period of flight is an indication as well, you won't find Sturmia in spring Theo |
