Hello, this time I think I've found the male of the Empis pennipes. someone more expert could please help me? Empis decora: * Halteres yellow or brownish yellow. (yes) * Front half of thorax rather densely clothed with soft, pale, silky hairs. (yes) * All veins from the discal cell reach the wing margin.
