Muscidae_Stomoxys calcitrans(female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 500 m altitude. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 02.10.2012.

In Malá Fatra it can be Stomoxys calcitrans, Haematobosca stimulans or Haematobosca atripalpis (and/or Haematobia irritans with palpi long almost as proboscis)
Yes, there isn't visible properly if the arista is with long hairs above and below or only above in the pictures.
