This female was about 2,5 mm. Is it possible to tell more?

I wonder if it could be Sciaridae, Zygoneura if I look at wing venation but antennas does not fit-

It has tibial spurs. I think that rules out Cecidomyiidae.

Does it have an eye bridge?

Definitely Sciaridae I would think. Dark-winged fungus gnat

I don't think its Zygoneura as the M1 & M2 veins usually converge before running parallel or slightly divergent as they reach the wing margin. The antennae aren't right either.
