There is a northern species Corynoptera brachypennis with (as the name implies) a reduced wing. I do not know if you have that species. |

There is also Corynoptera minima with reduced wings it seems : https://zookeys.pensoft.net/article/46528/ But that's also not on the Icelandic list at present
