I think this 'golden dust' is part of fly, not some pollen. Body ~ 7-8 mm.

It's a Pollenia again with a lot more curly, golden hairs

Impossible to say species from photos - all the features like abdomen dusting are variable and the golden hairs can be more or less on individuals The golden hairs are usually thick when fresh but they rub off very easily and leave behind a mainly black/grey thorax with some faint traces of hairs scattered where they remain.
