Yes it is a Milto and unfortunately, it is a female. First impression was some Taxigramma, but head profile and wing venation if off. So second guess is a female Senotainia. Theo |

The North American key says a pale tegula is uncommon in Miltogramminae, found in Hilarella, Taxigramma, and some Eumacronychia in the Nearctic region.
