Looking at its mesonotum, I see that there is only a dark brownish shadow only in front of the transverse suture, not a seta. Judging from the flight period, 90% it is, in this case, Oxyna parietina. Too early for flavipennis in Austria, though the fly is a bit too much yellow (normally parietina looks grayish).
