Taken on 18th AUgust in Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL.

This silk was smooth and light brown... perhaps made by a braconidae wasp (Apanteles sp.)? I found this one under stone...
What do you think this could be?

Look at this. It can be more easy to see that silk of Braconidae wasp... I think. The big one is a wasp nest made by Vespa sp. And yes, I took a risk when I almost touch it!!! Frown And, worst... the tree was suspensed in the air!!!! To take this photo was a little dangerous task... besides Vespa sp and the tree suspended, the path was unsafe.

ANyone confirm that it can be a silk made by braconidae wasps? Thank you!

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
