 Very tiny Empidae

Hello! I never saw such small Empidae (about 5-7 mm) here in Ostwestfalen/Germany (photo taken yesterday). Nevertheless they showed the same behaviour as the larger species. This couple had made a gigantic prey, an Ephemerid subimago (maybe Baetis). which was bigger than the two together. Is it possible to tell something about the Empidae genus? Thanks in advance!

It is possible to tell something about the genus: it is a species of Rhamphomyia (longish proboscis, no fork in R4+5). There are not many species that have such conspicuous greyish dusting but I will not hazard a guess to what species it really is. Nice to see a picture with such a large prey.
