Tiny Tiny Fly at Mercury Vapor Light

This fly measured 1.3 mm, though I should add that at this magnification my measurement system is not precision perfect. I measured from the front of the "face" to the rear of the wings.

Photographed at my mercury vapor light, West Virginia, USA, near woodland. The date was August 4.

I would love to know the family of this one too.

Cecidomyiidae, possibly Cecidomyia on the venation, but not a firm ID!
