One of most strangest flies I've ever seen! nematoceran fly.

This one was one of the most aberrant flies I've ever seen. It is extremely DARK as coal. The head is like some ephemeropterans. Size: about 9 mm (?) Location: Serra da Estrela This is clearly a nematoceran fly.
