tiny fly - Sphaeroceridae?

Hi, Yesterday I found this tiny fly in my garden, sitting on a Sedum flower bud. The pics are not very good, but perhaps I can get a family name. Is it Sphaeroceridae? I am not sure whether wing venation is matching. Thanks, Sundew PS. There seems to be something attached to the abdomen... ?
