Saw this fella on the plants and he is around 1-2cm big.
Can you guys please tell me what species it is pleaseSmile

I think its a member of the Aulacidae, a rare family with a few species only. Here is a photo of a german member of this family, Aulacus striatus (see the curved ovipositor):
