I saw this little tachinid in the same place as Tachydromia. What could it be? location: Barcelos, Portugal date: 31/03/2008 |

This is a Sarcophagidae. No Tachinidae, Peleteria excepted, has such bristles on the lower part of the parafacialia. Moreover, the arista is plumose, which supports Sarcophagidae. Theo |
