 Scatophagidae? No Scatophaga --> Norellia spinipes

Hello! Of the family Scatophagidae I have never found another genus than Scatophaga up to now. Maybe today? This 7-8 mm fly rested on the wall of our house (northwest Germany). Could it be a Norellia/Norellisoma?
