Hello! Another fly from a tree trunk at the forest today (northwest Germany), 2-4 ?C. About the size of (the today also numerous) Phaonia tuguriorum. Also a Phaonia? Black legs, hairy eyes, darkened crossveins, early species, I bet on Helina evecta.

I only superficially looked at the Helina photos in the gallery (all much less dark, no dark legs), but this species wasn't there...
