fly without wings

Hello!

Can you say me, please, what a fly is this:

This photo has been shot at 28th of December in the city of Cologne, Germany, and its body length was about 10 mm.

Hello, Frederic!

It's a freshly emerged fly, which has not unfolded its wings, yet. Also the front "bulb", used for breaking open the pupa can be seen.
Possibly a very young Wink Calliphora?
