Is it possible to ID this fly? Quite a small species. Near Apeldoorn, Gelderland on 14/05/2023. This is unfortunately the only photo I have.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
