Sorry only ventral views - is it possible to identify anyway?
Found in my garden near Frankenhoehe Nature Park, old deciduous forest, 2022-07-20.

chloropus probably not (miss triangular brown spots on ventral side of head)
it is e.g. Ornithomya fringillina or Ornithomya avicularia
