With such a dark post scutellum and dark abdomen it's unlikely that this is Geomyza balachowskyi. However, this could be G. hackmani also.the tip of r4+5 seems to be darkened a bit. That is not the case in G. martineki. The wing of G. martineki is relatively broad, but that's difficult to judge. I would name this Geomyza cf. hackmani (female).
