Based on the orbital bristles. Although it seems very grey, and the oviscapt is not as square as I thought it should be.

Could it be Scaptomyza graminum or Scaptomyza griseola?

Baechli et al. 2004, in The Drosophilidae (Diptera) of Fennoscandia and Denmark
distinguish two species with "flava-like" orbitals: S.flava and S. montana. Male genitalia are important for their identification.

Hmmm.... I think montana sensu Baechli hasn't been recorded in the UK (according to the UK list montana as reported by Baseden is actually an undescribed species ...)
