Hello, I photographed this fly in Sant'Anna di Vinadio (CN), Italy, 2250m a.s.l. on August 19th 2024. I think it is an Atylotus, but is it possible to identify its species based on these photos? I think it's a female Atylotus loewianus.

Females are very tricky. On the second pic, it is "clearly" fulvus, the third suggests loewianus.... Theo |

The calli on the 2nd pic pretend to be smaller than they are - due to the angle, I think.
