If I am not mistaken it is a Tricholauxania praeusta. The crossveins and top of the wings are shaded. It is a female

No, I think I didn't the markings on the wing well, because this one has no markings. It is then most likely a Meiosimyza. The photo is not very sharp, so I cannot decided whether it is a M. rorida

How many rows of acs the fly has? Only 2 or are there 2 rows of smaller ones?
