can anyone help me identify these fly?
I took the photo on 3 July 2014 Kokkola, Finland.

 Can anybody confirm if this is a Loewia erecta, Loewia foeda ?
It’s more common in the area.

 It is definitely NOT L. foeda (nor submetallica), so it should be erecta and it looks OK.
