Who knows the name of this fly..? A male Hydrophoria lancifer..?

Hydrophoria looks right. Which way you go after that depends on whether the mid and hind femora are 'completely yellow' (linogrisea) or 'mainly dark' (leading, in this case, to lancifer/diabata). I'd guess H. linogrisea, but another angle would be nice.
