We find the antenna of this female a little long.
With the 3rd article with 4 segments, is it Haematopota pluvialis.

Not something like h. italica? First antennal segment seems to be really long for H. pluvialis to me-

The town is in the Marais Poitevin, 20 km as the Tabanidae flies., the Atlantic Ocean and 10 km from an estuary.

Note that the date also almost excludes all our species.
