On the 1st picture, the vein A1 is clearly reaching the wing margin : Anthomyiidae.

It seems; Sternite III with long setulae laterally, tergite III also with long setulae.....Delia criniventris.
Mid tarsomere II should have a swelling, but can be very small and difficult to see.

The species of D. criniventris I collected, do have the hindtibia yellowish. On your photos it is difficult to see and it seems to be yellowish brown, but when it is dark afteral, you also have to consider: D. penicillosa and D. penicilliventris, because we don't have a total view on tergite III.
But looking at the shape of the surstylus I still think it is D. criniventris.
