This Empididae looks like Empis tessellata for the color but like Empis pennipes for the long proboscis and bristles on the legs. Thank you for your help. |

It was in the south west of France at Lavaur (Tarn 81) 10 may 2018

Your beautiful Empididae is most probably the female of Empis (Empis) decora Meigen. Igor |
