This fly is interesting, If would by and large fit Pherbellia nana, save for the seemingly unpattern...

Sciomyzidae: very small Pherbellia (21.05.11) --> P. annulipes

The small size and the wings with dark marks seems to speak for Pherbellia nana. I can't be sure...
