Hi Cecile,
It might be a good idea to upload your other photo as well. In this photo you can't see that it's a female. Furthermore you can't see that you're dealing with Opomyza germinationis. It could also be O. petrei. Your other photo shows that you're actually dealing with a female of O. germinationis.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
