Looks like Eu. luniger to me, and lundbecki is a rather boreal species, as far as I know.

I think this is one of my identifications. Could very well be wrong, I wasn't exactly happy with it myself.

E. lundbecki in a migrant in Finland. I am not sure if it has any real local populations.

Okay, I took a look at my collection: this fly is Eupeodes (Lapposyrphus) lapponicus. The characteristic shape of the apical half of wing vein R4+5 is visible on the left fly. It is also a migrant.
