Little can be seen from these pictures. Fortunately, the row of dentiform setae on the inner side of fore femur is visible, although not very well. Thus it should be Drosophila immigrans or perhaps another species of the immigrans group.
Do you keep it?

Sorry that the quality isn't high enough for a 100% possitive ID. Frown But with the immigrans group more than happy.

And again, sorry, but I didn't collect the specimen.
